Public bug reported: Maverick 11.10 i386 on thinkpad X41
This is the first trial of btrfs on such machine, it is equipped with a fast ssd. All setup and dpkg actions took around 5 times slower that a setup with xfs, ext2/3/4. Every boot and application start took around 3 times slower than on the other filesystems. I have already placed ssd speedup options for the scheduler and noatime, but this results to nothing. In certain speedtests in the net, btrfs seems to be at the same speed like ext4, but i cannot see this here.
