Think it's not a ()Ubuntu bug, under sidux the same problems exists.
Everytime i had to install python packets. Today - same problem under
sidux - i had to install python-sip4 (sudo aptitude install python-sip4
).

Probably the problem isn't fixed. sudo dpkg-reconfigure kde-guidance
didn't help everytime. I had to install the package 'python-qt-dev',
then it worked ...

didn't dork for me still getting same error message..
tried to follow niroxx's advice that I need to install 'python-qt-dev' as
well but still no go.

I am having the exact same error (see attachment).
Am running Kubuntu Feisty (fresh install) and have upgraded KDE to
3.5.7. Still getting the error with Disk Filesystem Module failing to
load in system settings.
My /etc/fstab is also attached in case this helps.
