Unfortunately, the file you've added isn't actually a patch but just the
final version. I've been applying the changes on a git branch just now,
and will forward the update to the upstream developers.

identified as being a patch. The ubuntu-reviewers team has been
subscribed to the bug report so that they can review the patch. In the
event that this is in fact not a patch you can resolve this situation by

I have edited the 'serviceproviders.xml ' file line 5619 to reflect the
change in APN.
I hope this is the correct procedure as am new to this.
