Public bug reported:

I entered System Settings and navigated to the "Screen" section. I then
set "Lock" to "OFF." But it doesn't work. Every time suspend engages
(for example, when I close my laptop lid or manually activate suspend),
my screen is locked when I resume.

How do I disable Lock so that the screen NEVER gets locked?
