The settings are right, ı had used the same settings (TTLS and PAP) at
11.04 and was working fine. Machines (laptops, mobile phones) with the
same settings are working fine. I am giving more detail according to NM
debugging

The AP rejects your association. Are you sure the settings used are
correct, and that you really should be using Dynamic WEP with TTLS, and
PAP auth? It seems rather unusual that this would now be broken, and
I'm not sure whether the bug linked there is relevant given that it's
reportedly fixed by
