don't expect much to come out of this bug, honestly.

Hello,
I am currently on 12.04 and unfortunately I cannot sense any delay.
If I quickly do Alt-Tab and release I think here's what happens
- Application switcher showsup
- The next window is brought to top
- Keys are relased
- Application switcher disappears
- Old application is shown back for th
