After playing around a bit, I found out that when reverting to a version
of yelp that worked before, the same crash appears. But when gnome-vfs2
is reverted to previous version (that means 2.17.91) , even yelp 2.18.0
starts fine. Maybe it is not a yelp issue (see Bug #91882 on gnome-
vfs2)?

[apport] yelp crashed with SIGSEGV on first start in fresh i
After playing around a bit, I found out that when reverting to a version
of yelp that worked before, the same crash appears. But when gnome-vfs2
is reverted to previous version (that means 2.17.91) , even yelp 2.18.0
starts fine. Maybe it is not a yelp issue (see Bug #91882 on gnome-
vfs2)?

Thank you for the comment Gert, that's useful. I discussed the breakage
with upstream and they are going to roll a new tarball without the
change that created that
