Public bug reported: The Ubuntu documentation says launchbar icons are reordered by dragging them off the launchbar and back on in a different location; this works in full Unity, but in Unity 2D it does nothing to existing launchbar icons, and always puts new ones (dragged from the dash or desktop) at the bottom.
Holding the button down then dragging vertically does work, but this does not appear to be documented anywhere; I only found out about it from bug 765715 while searching for an existing report of this bug.
