is always black. So is the graphical corruption (bug 933322), it was colourful
before and now it is always black.

Ah you're right, thanks! I was testing with alt+drag from comment 3,
but to reproduce you need to drag on the menubar and alt isn't
necessary.

Just try to drag the top panel, greeter completely move with it, leaving
a black background behind.
