It seems you started pulseaudio as root? Therefore the log does not help
me.

Can you please do the following:
1) Attach an alsa-info according to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/AlsaInfo
2) Start a pulseaudio log according to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PulseAudio/Log
3) While the log is running, suspend / resume
4) Try to play back some sound and notice it is broken
5)
Here it is. I tried to suspend/resume, but it restarts instead of resume
and the system sends me again to grub boot manager.

Hi David,
this chrash happened even today. After launched ubuntu system test
application, at step of verifying audio after suspend/resume the
application crashed. I hope that it can help.

Could you explain in which way ALSA crashes? I don't see any traces of
an alsa crash in the log information you provide - there it seems to
work just fine?
