It looks more like a problem with the mirror itself since its talking about a
'hash sum mismatch'.

Thanks I'll give that a try. Do you think the mirror could be blocked by my
ISP (I'm in Afghanistan so alot of things are blocked)

Kubuntu 11.10 upgrade
Yes it is still an issue. I still cannont upgrade to 11.10 for this
reason.
