I didn't found in svn-workbaech who I can create new branch :( Finally I've
installed another GUI client for Subversion - RapidSVN
It works in Feisty Fawn better, IMHO.

Simple enough, from Subversion 1.3 to 1.4 the file format changed, and since
eSVN at the time didn't use the SVN library to check the local repository
status, with Subversion 1.4 it broke.. :(
It looks like the next version of eSVN will fix this though, I tried the
trunk version some months ago

I spent some time working with eSVN to see what would happen. First I believe
my svn is version 1.4.3 (r23084). It seems as though things are partially
working, although I have just tested a commit, etc. Things that did work:
checking logs
checking status on files
committing files
updating files
