Instead of pr
p-c-d should post-process the binary directories *after* calling the
original dh_strip. For ELF files without a debug link:
(1) try to link it against the matching -dbgsym and print out a warning
(2) if (1) fails, fail the build, since this indicates a package error we want
to fix
