My workaround was to duplicate a clip, slice off a single frame, and put it 1
second after the end of my video.

Same problem when exporting video. libx264/aac hd 720p any framerate.
Exporting 00:00:08.00, exported video imported: length 00:00:07:20.
I'm working with long raw videos cut into smaller clips, and editing the
exported smaller clips to make a longer video.
Ditto, using Ubuntu 12.10 and YoutubeHD format. Openshot version 1.4.3.
