I'm afraid it's still not fix correctly. Now, there is only 1/4 of the
gnome-session icon in the gnome-system-monitor.

it doesn't seem like a tengerine bug, tangerine-icon-theme ships that
icon in 16x16, 22x22, 24x24, 32x32 and scalable (48x48) and looks like
gnome-system-monitor itself misrenders the icons. For example I can see
a (badly) scaled down system monitor icon, while that icon is provided
in all the size
