I am also seeing this bug under Jaunty. I can log in to my remote servers if I use a terminal session. However, the GUI (i.e. a bookmarked SSH server under 'Places | Bookmarks' nearly always times out before completing the connection. Sometimes, may 1-2 % of the time, it works. Otherwise, failure.

I have ubuntu Feisty installed on my toshiba laptop and fully updated but this problems still happens. I cant connect to my server with SSH using the GUI. When I go to places and click on the server icon it brings a timeout error and when I double click on the icon on the desktop, nothing happens.
