I've seen this multiple times over the years, due to how I set up VMs
with development release. Last verified earlier right now with the
latest Ubuntu Focal live image.
1. On the "Who are you?"-screen, type in your name, for instance "ubuntu".
2. It will autosuggest your computer's name as "ubuntu
This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If
this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us
know.

Hmm, even on Edubuntu using the same example as above I couldn't
reproduce the issue, the dialog seems to behave as expected here.
Jeff: Could you try with a recent image (beta1) and confirm it still
happens for you?
A change in ubi-usersetup that went in a bit before beta1 fixes a bunch
of cases

function in ubiquity which means it can take up to 4-5s
before the warning shows up or disappears
So the warning probably would have disappeared if you had
12 matches
