Without 0.10.8 being in Debian nor even packaged on apt.opscode.com, we
cannot do anything but wait...and it's too late for 12.04.

I attached a bug watch to a bug in Debian also requesting a newer
verison of chef. Since Ubuntu is based on Debian, once a newer version
is included there, it will also be automatically synced to Ubuntu at
some point in the future.
