This gnomad2 is too old to use the relatively recent libmtp available in
Feisty.
I've reported a a UVF exception for Gnomad2 2.8.11
it's fixed now.
We dont really need the UVFe - we just took the upstream patch that lets
it build.

Sarah, you think this will work now? Gnomad2 still doesn't depend on
libmtp5. What does it change if it only build-depends on libmtp-dev? You
still need the library libmtp5 for operation, just like with libnjb5 (it
does depend on libnjb5, not just build-depend).
