As the handling of missing gstreamer-plugins is a lot better now (popup
that informs and let's the user install codecs), it's safe to close this
bug.

This could be because of missing gstreamer codecs possibly? At least of
gmusicbrowser and Parole I know that they both use gstreamer (or: can).
