I can confirm the same bug. Ubuntu 11.10 (clean install). List view. Click on the + on the right hand side of the folder name to expand it. Then click on the - to collapse it. Doesn't work. Move mouse off of the icon. Move mouse back to the -. Click. It collapses. Obviously, the user should be

Funny, I don't have any + or - signs on the right side of the folder names. I have collapse/expand TRIANGLE icons on the LEFT side. Except for that the bug I observe is exactly the same as you describe. Maybe the difference is because of the theme? It would be pretty strange though, because you

Forgive me, matteo. I meant on the left side of the folder icon (not the right). I was playing with it a bit later, and in one situation (that I could not replicate), it worked as it is supposed to. (Perhaps it was working properly only if the folder was empty?) To record a screencast from
