This is for HUD, so we present the menu items of nautilus when you have
the desktop focused, normally we show whatever icon the application
uses, but in the case of the desktop, it does not have an icon, so we
need a kind of "default" icon for the Ubuntu Desktop.

The Nautilus icon is not quite appropriate.  One possibility would be to
use:

  /usr/share/icons/ubuntu-mono-dark/places/128/user-desktop.png

but abstracted via a new symlink such as "hud-default-desktop" which can
be updated independently to the code.
