Public bug reported: When trying to report a bug against gnome-applets in Ubuntu (from the package's bugs overview page, <https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome- applets/+bugs>) I get a rather blunt message:
gnome-applets does not use Malone as its bug tracker. To report a bug about gnome-applets, please use its official bug tracker. Is this a recent change (the most recently added bug, bug #89029, was reported a mere two weeks ago) and shouldn't there at the very least be some additional information, such as even just a link to the Gnome bugzilla (I imagine this is what is meant by "its official bug tracker")? FWIW the bugs I wanted to report are <http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=377248> and <http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=419487>. Sorry if this goes to the wrong place; not sure if this is a Malone problem and in that case where to report Malone problems; bugs.launchpad.net didn't make it very obvious (or I'm blind -- it's happened before). ** Affects: Ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- Can't submit a bug against gnome-applets https://launchpad.net/bugs/93199 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
