Public bug reported:

Ubuntu Feisty

When suspend fails, or at least when gnome-power-manager thinks it
failed (bug 89983), a bubble appears in the corner of the screen: "Your
computer failed to suspend. Check the help file for common problems."

Problems with this:
* It's not necessarily your computer.
* "Help file"? What help file?
* Even if you get as far as opening the Help Center, Ubuntu has hundreds of
help pages, and the only relevant one is one you can't navigate to from the
home page anyway.

Suggested text for now: "The computer failed to suspend. For more
information, search for “suspend failure” in Ubuntu Help."

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
