I'm logged as gnome-classic and does not find the package to blame.

Since the past 12 hours updates the numlock is always set to "on" and
there is no way to set it "off" on my desktop system. The most recents
updates i can remember are: onboard, gcc, lightdm, screensaver &
devscripts; but cant find a related changelog to this issue.
