Public bug reported:
a) launchpad requires the user reporting a bug to be online. Other tools like
reportbug collect he required information and send them via email
b) launchpad has no provisions for the package maintainers to specify WHICH
DATA they need to reproduce the bug. Usually it goes like this with launchpad:
* somebody reports a bug
* maintainer grunts, asks for more information
* this cycle repeats an arbitrary numer of iterations
Other tools, like reortbug allow the maintainer to specify which data
they want to autocollect upon bug submission
