I checked the Bug Control guidelines and accessibility bugs should be
Medium.I know that personally I didn't know this was an
accessibility issue because the idea never occurred to me.

device problem and hopefully the fix bug #986289 will result in these
being fixed and tested.

The issue is in progress. The fix for 986289 should also fix this. I
would even mark this as a dupe of that, but I think that would lead to
more of this bug being filed due to the different naming.

Why is this a low priority? I ask because the same underlying behaviour (that
of not being able to use the keyboard) that I reported as Bug #1022583 is a
problem for those with disabilities that make mouse/trackpad use impractical.
Do you really consider alienating disabled users a low priority?
