I see this bug too: If I set Key to execute a command to Superr,
then use Superr to start a program, the launcher remains popped out
and won't go away until I hit something on the keyboard that activates
the launcher (e.g. Supera) and hit escape to make the launcher go
away.
I tried apw's
I seem to be able to trigger the form with the stuck number hints using
the Super+Shift+arrow bindings and flicking backwards and forwards.
Particularly left seems to trigger it more often for me.

I see the same actually, even with the application not yet running. I
can get the numbers stuck to go away by clicking a different window.

It also seems that whentrigger this the Super key is percieved to be
still pressed. For example when you have reproduced, if you now use the
scroll wheel on your mouse without the Super key you get the desktop
zoom as if Super was held. I have to click in the launcher to recover
the Super key
In fact it appears that Super release handling may be the underlying
issue. If you use Super+mouse wheel to zoom the screen then you get
stuck in zoom mode and can no longer use the Super key to get the
launcher or dash out.
