I see this bug too: If I set Key to execute a command to Superr, then use Superr to start a program, the launcher remains popped out and won't go away until I hit something on the keyboard that activates the launcher (e.g. Supera) and hit escape to make the launcher go away. I tried apw's

It also seems that whentrigger this the Super key is percieved to be still pressed. For example when you have reproduced, if you now use the scroll wheel on your mouse without the Super key you get the desktop zoom as if Super was held. I have to click in the launcher to recover the Super key
