both flashplugin-installer flashplugin-downloader was installed. Synaptic
have proposed an update for flashplugin-installer: does not been asked for
licence.
- case : Precise i386
purge again flashplugin-installer as flasplugin-downloader was not

Have reproduce the steps again:
- via synaptic: purged the actual flashplugin-installer
- then cleaned the .so left behind:
oem@oem-desktop:~$ sudo rm /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
[sudo] password for oem:
oem@oem-desktop:~$ sudo rm /usr/lib/firefox-addons/plugins/libf*
- install
