When the user checks "Enable mouse clicks with touchpad", I believe
the "Synaptics Locked Drags" setting should be true.
... Why? ... This are two separate thing, I want clicks with touchpad
and normal drags (like on older Ubuntu versions).

I did not do anything with any setting, just updated Ubuntu 12.04 and after
that the locked drag activated.
AFTER that i was looking in mouse settings, but i can't change this setting
there. So i installed Gpointing Device Settings.
There i was enable to set this setting OFF and this w
