As stated in the merge request, Debian experimental has 5.1.10, that
seems to fix the FTBFS, so I would sponsor a sync or a merge rather than
a new Ubuntu version.

Title:
myodbc version
MyODBC 5.1.6 is not compatible with mysql 5.5.20.
A new release of myodbc is available and should fix this kind of issue.
May we consider to package it?
