I get this too on 3.2.0.18.28, however when I try it on mainline 3.3.0-030300rc6-generic it works. This used to take about 10 minutes or so to show up when running the stock 3.2.0-18.28 kernel. To test it I left an rsync running overnight on the mainline kernel and it was rock solid. Thinkpad
