Omer, maximized windows don't have visible title bars in unity. They
become part of the top panel. So yes, it's only true for unmaximized
/full-screened windows.

Bilal, is the default font not Ubuntu? The font seems to definitely be
Deja Vu Sans. The configuration looks correct.
It seems to toggle between a reasonable size, and apparently 10pt, if I
toggle the "titlebar-uses-system-font" setting under
org.gnome.desktop.interface.wm.preferences in dconf-edi
The size seems to be close to the Ubuntu default. Probably an update re-
wrote it. Omer, what do you think?

No, it's not the same problem. The themes are all fine. It's only the
titlebars' text which are unbearably large.
