Actually, --enable-chardet was experimental in 1.2/1.3 release series.
It'll be non-optional in 1.4 though (which hopefully will be in gutsy,
but no promises on getting 1.4 out before Debian freezes begin!). :)

it problem has been described in FAQ of audacios web-site. Trouble in
compile parameter --enable-chardet, which ubuntu team ignoring.

last character.
Then the "?" character is displayed as the last character.
