A depends mean the system will not work without this package. A power
management is not an essential package for all cases. For example, people with
a desktop computer doesn't need a power manager, so they have to be able to
remove it if they want, without removing the lubuntu-desktop package.

@ guntbert, the reason it says lubuntu-meta is that lubuntu-meta
contains the list of what gets installed.

Hi Julien, hope you don't mind me subscribing you but we have had
'chatter' about laptops and power-off. If the xcfe4-power-manager is not
too big an overhead, can it be switched to 'depends'.
