You know - there was just, (last week), a failed 12.10 build of minitube which still isn't allowing choice of backends. Really getting tiresome - no reason not to take 15 sec's to edit the control file to allow either So - how to edit a minitube .deb to allow - ex. uses a .deb from a well known

It's a shame that time has slipped by this wasn't done. On the outside chance thatit still could be for 12.04 to again mention Alowing a switch to the vlc backend would allieviate but no completly solve the crash bug It would 100% solve the current gstreamer decoding bug with some common h264
