Title:
After upgrading to Ubuntu 12.04, I right-clicked in the toolbar, and
inadvertently clicked hide toolbar. Now I cannot get it back. Also there
is no place to right-click because the menu bar is also hidden. I tried
to uninstall keepassx and reinstall, but the menu bar and toolbar
remain hidden.
This is driving me nuts. I shouldn't have trusted a big part of my
memory to an application that I can't hack and fix :)
