Ok, your last comments indicates that wpa_supplicant works correctly if
started manually. The fact that it drives/uses wpa_supplicant in a way
which isn't optimal on your hardware is another bug. Would you please
file another bug with additional information against network-manager?

After a few days of watching the logs, I haven't been able to ascertain
the cause yet. The fact that it worked flawlessly with my friends WPA
router seems to suggest that ndiswrapper and wpasupplicant work as they
should.
In the meanwhile, I have managed to keep going by using wpa_supplicant
and d
hm. the last upload of wpa_supplicant was in december, so I don't think
this is a problem of wpasupplicant. Please check if there has been any
changes with your NDIS drivers and/or the ndiswrapper driver.
