Apparently it happened only once. After restarting computer I cannot
reproduce this bug either. If it happens once more, I will post some

I have no problems to switch between firefox instances, or what ever
other application is in the panel (if I understand right what the
problem is).
~$ dpkg-query -W gnome-panel firefox; awk -F '=' '/RELEASE/ {print $2}'
/etc/lsb-release; uname -a
gnome-panel 2.18.0-0ubuntu2
firefox 2.0.0.2+1-0ubu
I am unable to reproduce this. Will tag needtesters maybe someone on
mozillateam can reproduce this.
