This looks tricky. It's related to playing back something that seeks
forward four bytes, and that seek then updates the monitor stream. Then
the stream tries to read four bytes from something that does not have a
memblock, and no silence is allowed to be handed out either.
What pulseaudio clients
I was using either banshee or flash on Youtube. Sorry I don't remember
which. :-/

released that could possibly have caused this crash as well.
