When I try to connect to my university's FTP server, I get the following from 
Filezilla:
Status: Initializing TLS...
Error:  GnuTLS error -12: A TLS fatal alert has been received.
Error:  Could not connect to server

It used to work with the same setting in Ubuntu Lucid, but it's broken
in current Precise.
