Thank you for your bug report, I'm not convinced that's a right change
though, f1 is closed from esc and easy to hit by error and quite some
users got confused in the past hitting it my error. It's also not an
obvious help shortcut, that doesn't feel like the right solution to this
issue, the

data/org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.mediakeys.gschema.xml.in.in file,
I don't no have other importanter shortcuts with are default disabled.
