I thought the only affected the Add Toolbar dialogue, but ricotz shows
that it also affects the Customise Toolbar dialogue (on both Menus and
Toolbars tabs).

I can confirm this with official precise package - 1:3.5.0-1ubuntu4
Simply reproduced while scrolling though the selection list.
