To fix it all you have to do is:
1) Run Synaptic Package Manager
2) In search textbox search qmail (without quotas)
3) on respective checkboxes select with rightclick for
complete remove
** Changed in: netqmail (Ubuntu)
Status: Confirmed = Fix Released

multiple login ID's named qmail, I can see this when I log out.
