Could you open a console, do 'ls /var/crash' and then: apport-retrace usplash.crash filename where usplash.crash filename is the name as it appears in the output of ls /var/crash. And then attached the usplash.crash file.,, please. Soon this won't be necessary anymore, but because you are using
