Cannot see other hosts in sync view

I have the same problem.
Login.ubuntu.com shows all my machines are logging in, but in Ubuntu
Software Centre the last sync is 2012-11-19, almost a year ago. On new
installations, no other machines show.
On older installations where USC used to work, the other machines are
shown but the list of a
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
