The menu on gnome-control-center/all settings/apparence doesn't show all options

3) I've two machines with ubuntu 12.04. On my notebook dell vostro 3300
with monitor of 13 inches I cannot see the option to choose the size of
Launcher. The "Launcher icon size" doesn't show to me on my notebook
(gnome-control-center/all settings/apparence/Look/Launcher Icon size).
On behavior menu I can't see "Reveal sensitivity" bar to change from Low
to High (gnome-control-center/all settings/apparence/Behavior/Reveal
sensitivity)
4) These 2 options I need to see on my notebook. But I already rebooted my
system and it doesn't show to me.
