Public bug reported: Since I upgraded to 12.04 LTS LibreOffice does not populate the list of Recent documents.
What should happen: 1. Open a document in LibreOffice 2. Close the document 3. Go to the menu File > Recent Documents 4. You should see the file you just closed What happens: 1. 2. 3. = 4. No file appears on the list, instead there is a grayed out "No documents". If I choose Open and then Recently used the file appears but I guess this is nautilus recent items. I can see some (not so) recent items in /.libreoffice/3/user/registrymodifications.xcu but newly opened files seem to not be recorded in this file ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.04 Package: libreoffice (not installed) ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.2.0-18.28-generic 3.2.9 Uname: Linux 3.2.0-18-generic i686 ApportVersion: 1.94.1-0ubuntu1 Architecture: i386 CheckboxSubmission: 70365ce2168bc57b47a3592c536702b5 CheckboxSystem: b633b4f40868d491c2ae5b50030ce6f3 Date: Thu Mar 8 12:16:13 2012 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS "Lucid Lynx" - Release i386 (20100816.1) SourcePackage: libreoffice UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to precise on 2012-03-08 (0 days ago) ** Affects: libreoffice (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 precise regression-release -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/950071 Title: LibreOffice Recent documents list is always empty To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/950071/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
