Cant Alt+Tab to crash report

I get this too sometimes, but sometimes it's fine. I'm not sure, but
perhaps this happens only with system crashes? i.e. those where apport
requires you to type in your administrator password?

Hmmm, maybe not. I just had another system crash but could alt-tab fine.
(It was even the same bug.) Apport just seems to be erratic...

get some crash somehow
try Alt+Tab to switch from Nautilus to Crash- cant couse crash doesnt shows
