Affects: Lubuntu precise-alternate-powerpc.iso 20120310.
Guided, entire disk install on iMac G3 400 Mhz fails at "Select and
Install Software
he alternate has worked fine in the past, this is the first time it has
failed for me, 20120310
Note: I completed the install without the software. At command line
entered: sudo apt-get install lubuntu-desktop
All 700 or so packages installed.
We still have a problem of the alternate booting to command prompt on
these G3's until we create a custom video entry in xorg.conf. But this
failure at "Select and Install Software" failure is new and separate.
